Hating on The Naked Loon

The Naked Loon has been getting some fairly positive blog press in the last few days, but it would seem that not everyone is a fan:

WAPC gives Mr. Yum just one star.

Note the host name on that one-star rating for the Mr. Yum story: wapc.org. As in the WA Poison Center: http://www.wapc.org/. I guess they were not amused.

  2. I guess their IP address is common knowlege, so there’s no problem with you posting it here? I thought that was a super secret piece of information that is not supposed to be shared.

  3. No, IP addresses are by no means secret. Any time you visit any site, your IP address is shared with that site. For example, I know that the IP address you posted this comment from is 66.124.250.3.

  4. Oh. Isn’t that bad that anybody can see anybody’s IP? Can’t people hack into systems that way?
